I was in India in March and April for a Yoga Teacher’s Training Course. The weather was great and there were very few flies or mosquitoes but I missed out on mango season. Even so there was still so much juicy fruit available to buy in the streets of Rishikesh! Chai is a daily necessity and sampling local street food is a must. Unfortunately I didn’t take note of exactly what everything is called, but I tried just about all of it! Here’s a feast for your eyes.
